Rooted profoundly in Psalm 67, Real Worship Canada is far more than an event; it is a prophetic movement. We stand on the powerful promise:
“Let the peoples praise You, O God; Let all the peoples praise You. Then the earth shall yield her increase; God, our own God, shall bless us. God shall bless us, and all the ends of the earth shall fear Him.”
Psalm 67:5-7
God is actively gathering His children from every race and nation to lift one voice in praise, believing that as people praise God, the earth will yield her increase, righteousness will prevail, and nations will truly know His saving power.
Since its inception, Real Worship Canada has found its cherished home in Surrey, British Columbia—a province renowned for its breathtaking landscapes and diverse communities. We firmly believe God has planted this Surrey worship event here for a divine purpose: to break the fallow ground of this land through heartfelt praise, ignite revival, and release spiritual, social, and economic fruitfulness across our province.
The journey so far: Testimonies of God’s power
2023: “Let the people praise thee” (Psalm 67)
Our inaugural gathering on August 26, 2023, at Chandos Pattison Auditorium, Surrey, was a clarion call for unified praise. Over 650 attendees from many nationalities joined us onsite, with countless more online. The atmosphere was permeated with God’s tangible presence; hearts were healed, and faith was deeply renewed as Phil Thompson, Burn 247 Canada, Alex Toney & PCC Worship, and the Real Worship Levites led us.
2024: “Joy in the city” (Acts 8:5–8)
On October 5, 2024, we gathered at the Bell Performing Arts Centre under the prophetic theme “Joy in the City.” We were blessed to host the legendary Dr. Ron Kenoly, Minstrel Osas, and our returning ministers. The night overflowed with joy and prophetic worship, stirring revival and hope across our province. Significantly, 2024 also saw the expansion of Real Worship Canada into a two-day event, introducing the Worship Ministers and Leaders’ Conference. Over 150 pastors and worship leaders, including Pastor Samuel Oyeleke, received impartation and practical tools, multiplying the event’s impact by equipping them to carry revival back to their churches.
2025: “Jesus” (Philippians 2:9–11)
Looking ahead to October 4, 2025, our prophetic theme is powerfully simple: “Jesus.” Inspired by Philippians 2:9–11, “That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow…”, we long to exalt Jesus above every other name over our province and nation. We are deeply honored to host Bob Fitts and Jumbo Aniebiet (USA), alongside other anointed guest ministers. Day two will again feature the Worship Ministers and Leaders’ Seminar, providing fresh vision, practical tools, and spiritual impartation for greater effectiveness in ministry.
Why real worship matters so deeply
Real Worship Canada exists because worship is truly God’s primary strategy to heal and achieve spiritual transformation Canada. When believers unite in sincere worship, spiritual fallow ground is broken, God’s reign of righteousness is powerfully invited, and revival is released. It is an answer to Jesus’ prayer for His Church to be one (John 17:21), serving as a powerful testimony of God’s love and power in a world desperate for both. In diverse British Columbia, worship becomes a vital bridge, connecting hearts and cultures under the glorious banner of Jesus and demonstrating unity in Christ.
Beyond the powerful one-night encounter, our worship conference equips pastors and worship ministers, understanding that revived leaders birth revived churches—and revived churches transform cities.
Beyond Surrey: A nationwide vision
While Real Worship Canada currently finds its home in Surrey, its vision extends far beyond. Real Worship Canada is intended as a catalyst for profound spiritual renewal, unity, and revival across all of Canada. We prayerfully believe God will open doors for this movement to sweep across other cities and provinces, reaching believers from coast to coast. Surrey is only the beginning—a launchpad for a worship revolution that will sweep our nation, igniting revival and awakening hearts throughout Canada. We long to see families restored, communities reconciled, and the gospel of Jesus Christ spread with undeniable power. This is one of the most anticipated Canadian Christian events.
