*** This is a contingent hire based upon contract award. Expected award date - January 2026*** *** Position may be under a CBA*** All Points is seeking a highly- qualified master scheduler capable of supporting the "campus-wide" systems for a Federal Agency in Washington, DC area. Working closely with the team leaders and the customer representatives with their production operations, specializing in implementing the best scheduling practices on projects. The Master Scheduler shall possess skills and knowledge that may include all or some of the tasks below: * Improves, initiates, and monitors a schedule management system. * Creates production schedules, ensures relevant staff receives the schedules and that they are followed, and records the output into the correct system. * Uses historical performance data to create schedules, collaborating with production and material personnel to ensure streamlined operations. * Records production progress and ensures that documentation is accurate and that all the various processes and timelines are followed closely for the most efficient results possible. * Evaluates and determines estimated equipment set-ups, cycle times, and work center hours. * Liaise between customers, Customer Service, and Purchasing pertaining to product demand and the scheduling of purchases. * Monitors material flow and work with vendors to ensure that supply needs and shipping goals are met and collaborate with engineering personnel on the creation of production bills of material. * Reconciles inaccuracies with customer shipments and deliveries. * Documents key information, including downtime, peak production, inventory accuracy, and scheduling accuracy; and works with Information Technology personnel to analyze and create enhanced functionality in manufacturing applications. * Interfaces with organizational stakeholders to better understand business goals and revise master schedules as needed. EDUCATION: * Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: * 5+ Years SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS: * Active, current, and fully adjudicated US DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required. Unfortunately, candidates that do not have a TS Clearance are not eligible * Excellent customer relation skills in a high-stress environment * The master scheduler shall have a minimum of five years' experience as a scheduler in programs and contracts of similar size and scope (multiple systems, multiple buildings); * minimum of three years' experience with using Microsoft Project software; * minimum of one-year scheduling construction activities or facility operations; * successful completion of an advanced Microsoft Project course *** This is a contingent hire based upon contract award.
