What You’ll Be Cooking Up:

• Leading and managing our kitchen team with skill and creativity.
• Ensuring high-quality preparation and service of all menu items.
• Staying within budget while making magic happen in the kitchen.
• Understanding and catering to residents' preferences to keep them happy and well-fed.
• Training and developing your team for growth and success.

What’s On Your Plate:

• 5 years of kitchen experience.
• 2+ years of Chef/Executive Chef experience in the restaurant, hotel, or senior living industry.
• A strong desire to craft innovative, flavorful, and seasonal menus.
• Leadership skills that inspire and motivate your team.
• ServSafe certification.

Salary $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 Annually
