Job Title: CNC Operator
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $19.00/hr


Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our team. This position requires more than just running machines - we are looking for someone with initiative, confidence, and the ability to grow in the role. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring precision, efficiency, and high-quality output.


Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
  
  
• Perform tool changeovers, setups, and adjustments as needed.
  
  
• Interpret and work from detailed blueprints and measurements down to thousandths of an inch.
  
  
• Use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and no-go gauges to ensure product accuracy.
  
  
• Work independently at times, managing more than one CNC machine simultaneously.
  
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine and quality issues.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC operation experience preferred.
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  
  
• Comfortable working independently and efficiently.
  
  
• Problem-solving skills, patience, and focus are essential.
  
  
• Experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
