Assist travelers, manage reservations, handle changes, and issue refunds. Proficiency with Sabre, excellent customer service skills, and flexibility in work hours are required. The position is based in Charlottesville, VA. Contact hotels to verify monthly cost allocations and request receipts for accuracy. Prepare travel data for statistical reports across company divisions. Perform daily data entry and statistical compilation for travel reports. Book travel using proprietary software following established procedures. Assist employees with personal travel arrangements. Work on a rotating schedule as required.
