This is a hands-on role supporting licensed electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a clean driving and background record, and the flexibility to work beyond standard hours when service calls require it. Key Responsibilities Assist electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and industrial electrical systems. Prepare, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials for daily job tasks. Run wire, connect circuits, and support conduit installation under supervision. Follow instructions from licensed electricians to ensure safe and accurate work. Keep work areas clean and organized. Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to job sites. Respond to service calls, even if they occur late in the day. Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines. Qualifications ~1 + year of commercial and industrial electrical experience. ~ High school diploma or GED required. ~ Clean or near-clean driving record; must have at least 3 years of driving experience. ~ Willingness to work flexible hours-this is not a strict 9-5 role. ~ Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail. ~ Must be willing to submit to a background check ~ Ability to lift, carry, and work with tools and materials in various environments.
