Corner Medical (CM) is a primary care practice owned by NVRH, a rural, critical access hospital. NCQA recognizes CM as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home and a certified Rural Health Center. As a Family Medicine provider at NVRH, you will be vital in providing comprehensive family medicine services for patients of all ages, with a volume of at least 18 patients per day.
