📝 Summary:
Client is seeking a highly organized and bilingual English/Korean Legal Analyst to support the Client's Legal and NA Legal & Compliance teams. This role involves tracking weekly updates, identifying key legal issues, and preparing executive-level reports. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
🛠️ Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor and summarize weekly updates from Legal & Compliance teams
• Investigate top legal issues and provide background, progress, and future plans
• Prepare weekly reports for senior management
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for internal stakeholders
• Summarize legal cases and assess their application to business operations
