Join Agilent as a Manufacturing Engineer and help shape the future of precision manufacturing.
We're looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented engineer to support our LC Column Manufacturing and Machine Shop operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities \n - Provide daily engineering support for LC Column Loading and Machine Shop operations.
\n - Design and update mechanical components using 3D modeling tools (Siemens NX preferred).
\n - Create and maintain technical drawings and documentation for manufacturing and procurement.
\n - Lead and support hardware sourcing and supply chain initiatives.
\n - Drive process improvement and root cause analysis for mechanical failures.
\n - Maintain accurate BOMs and part setup in manufacturing systems.
\n - Stay current with manufacturing technologies, materials, and design practices.

Qualifications \n - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
\n - Proficiency in 3D CAD software and engineering drawing standards (GD&T).
\n - Familiarity with fabrication methods such as CNC machining, 3D printing, and injection molding.
\n - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset.

Preferred Qualifications \n - Experience with SAP and CNC programming.
\n - Exposure to high-volume manufacturing environments.
\n - Practical mechanical skills and troubleshooting experience.
\n - Effective communicator and team collaborator.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $66,400.00 - $103,750.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
