Manage teams, budgets, and timelines with confidence and clarity. Work alongside national and international clients across diverse industries—including some of the world’s most recognized brands. Mentor junior consultants and help shape the future of our growing practice. Travel to domestic and international project locations as needed Project Areas You’ll Touch Environmental Site Assessments & Risk Assessments Remediation & Site Closures Litigation Support Water Resources Protection and Strategy Stormwater and Spill Prevention Planning Regulatory Compliance & EHS Audits Real Estate Due Diligence System Design and Implementation Compliance and Permitting Support ESG Strategy and Emerging Service Development What does it take to thrive at BBJ Group? Low-ego, high-impact teammate who is self-motivated Problem-solver who can operate independently but seek help when needed Great communicator both verbally and in writing (formal and informal) Quick-thinker who can adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment Responsible leader that can skillfully balance both internal obligations and external client needs Desire for continuous improvement that contributes new ideas and offers suggestions for quality improvement Eager to jump in and support the team wherever help is needed What You Bring Five or more years of environmental consulting or industry experience B.S. in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, Chemistry, or related field; M.S. preferred PE/PG/CHMM/CSP certification—or willingness to pursue one Strong communication and technical writing, coupled with analytical, organizational, and time management skills Flexibility to accommodate travel (25%) and a valid-driver’s license OSHA HAZWOPER training AutoCAD, ArcGIS experience a plus Ready to Make an Impact?
