Calling all Customer Service Agents in the Call Center Universe! Our client in the insurance industry is on the lookout for a  Call Centre Agent  to join their team on contract, with the possibility of extension.

• Must be eligible to start within 2-3 business days
• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour +
• Schedule: Monday - Friday during core business hours
• Contract work

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries on breaches
• Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required timeframe
• Ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues
• Manage all customer inquiries and summarize to present to management if higher level attention is required
• Provide excellent customer and ensure achievement of all deadlines within the required timeframe

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a Call Centre or customer service role
• Clear and precise verbal dialogue over the phone
• Exceptional customer service demeanor and calm active listening skills
• You MUST have your own eqiupment (laptop/PC - NO Chrome or MAC Books as the software will NOT be supported)
• You MUST have your own USB or Bluetooth headset
• All successful candidates are required to complete a criminal background check (aprox $25)
