The Prime Video UX team seeks a customer-obsessed Senior Interaction Designer responsible for defining, prototyping, and building AI-driven features that enhance personalization and browsing. The ideal candidate leads with clarity and empathy, inspires others, and is passionate about solving large-scale problems through innovation and attention to detail. You should be a strategic thinker and collaborator, believing that design is about how it looks, feels, and functions. You thrive in debates and iterate based on customer feedback. This role requires a hands-on leader who sets vision and strategy, collaborates proactively across teams, and elevates overall design quality. You will build strong relationships with designers and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver exceptional experiences globally. A passion for solving customer problems and prioritizing their needs is essential. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end customer experiences for Prime Video, from sketches to prototypes. Create prototypes incorporating visual design, motion, micro-interactions, and animation. Build accessible, consistent design systems that scale globally across devices. Improve discovery and engagement through measurable customer-focused solutions. Partner with engineering and product teams to develop, test, and refine prototypes based on feedback. Develop detailed UI and interaction specifications. Present work to teams and stakeholders for review and iteration.
