Technical Team , provides and executes leading solutions to maintain, repair and in some cases design innovative solutions for our customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Within the direction of Lead Service Technician, and coordination with the Sales and the Service Manager, complete diagnosis, repair and set up of scheduled projects as defined by OEM Standards and RSC technical practices.
  • Execute set-up, repairs, services and priorities in partnership with the RSC Service Manager.
  • Leverage Light Speed and OEM systems to assist in completing jobs.
  • Ensure that all parts and accessories utilized on each Repair Order are accurately documented and provided to the Service Manager supporting close-out of the repair order.
  • Follow all RSC service protocols including offloading, customer-hand offs, positioning of all units in the proper location based on status.
  • Ensure Service and Sales Managers is informed of the status of each job.
  • Engage and follow all shop safety protocols.
  • Attend and engage in daily meetings.
  • Complete training requirements for each brand as directed by ownership.
  • Engage to complete jobs in a safe, timely and effective manner.
  • Exhibit our Safety culture by adhering to and supporting all Safety initiatives, policies, and procedures.
  • Effective communication with Service Manager ensuring effective updates and status.
  • Ensure shop area is kept clean and safe.
  • Duties as assigned.
