Sr. People Operations Partner

W2 Contract to Possible Hire

$56-72/hr DOE

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Sr. People Operations Partner to join our global People Team. This individual will serve as a trusted partner on all things people and culture and will oversee a wide breadth of People Operations responsibilities across compliance, benefits, leaves, employee data, and systems. Youll also play a key role in strengthening processes that support the employee lifecycle and scale our People function as the company continues to grow.

What Youll Do

  • Provide guidance to leaders, managers, and employees on People Operations topics, including benefits, leaves, accommodations, compliance, policies, and HRIS data.
  • Partner as needed on U.S. immigration and global mobility matters.
  • Lead the administration of employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliance in Workday and related systems.
  • Manage leave of absence and accommodation cases for U.S. employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for HR compliance-related issues; ensure controls and procedures are in place and reviewed periodically.
  • Ensure People policies are up to date and clearly communicated.
  • Support People Technology initiatives, including HRIS data integrity, process audits, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze People data and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports that inform business decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Contribute to global People projects and partner closely with teams in EMEA and APAC to ensure alignment and coverage.
  • Drive initiatives that improve scalability, automation, and employee experience across the People function.

Qualifications

  • 57 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience with exposure to multiple HR disciplines (benefits, compliance, immigration/global mobility, leaves, HRIS, policies, data reporting).
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing leave of absence and accommodation cases.
  • Comfort handling sensitive employee relations and compliance matters with discretion.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with global teams.
  • Advanced proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred).
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex People topics for employees and leaders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and strong interpersonal skills.
