Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Help clients identify their travel needs and provide information on travel destinations, accommodation, and itineraries.

Booking and Reservations: Secure travel reservations for transportation, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services.

Travel Documentation: Assist clients with travel documents needed for their journey including visas and travel insurance.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel to ensure client satisfaction.

Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest travel and tourism trends and client preferences to offer the best advice.

Problem Solving: Handle changes, delays, or any issues that arise during travel plans promptly and effectively.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in travel, tourism, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in travel planning or sales is preferred.

Customer Service Skills: Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and building client relationships.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.

Tech Proficiency: Comfort with using travel booking software, CRM systems, and common office applications.

Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client itineraries and tasks efficiently.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail when planning travel itineraries to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
