Job Title: Workforce Engagement Specialist

Location: Gift Health – Columbus, OH

Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite

About the Role:

Tailored Management is seeking an experienced Workforce Engagement Specialist to join our team supporting Gift Health. In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as the primary on-site point of contact between Gift Health and our contingent workforce, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through offboarding. This position is key to fostering engagement, compliance, performance, and retention among contingent talent while maintaining alignment with client expectations and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate onboarding activities, including new hire orientations and first-day training.
• Maintain accurate records of contingent workers, start dates, and headcount needs.
• Support the interview and hiring process in collaboration with recruiting and site leadership.
• Act as the primary contact for timekeeping, payroll questions, and attendance tracking.
• Conduct regular check-ins to drive engagement, retention, and performance.
• Deliver coaching and feedback in partnership with the Program Manager and client leadership.
• Document performance conversations and compliance-related actions in the ATS.
• Assist with organizing team engagement events and supporting workplace investigations.

Ideal Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity, with demonstrated ability to coach, guide, and support frontline staff
• 2–5 years of experience supporting a high-volume, hourly workforce (Logistics or Manufacturing preferred)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—able to build trust and influence outcomes
• Proven ability to manage sensitive conversations with professionalism and tact
• Strong working knowledge of HR systems (ATS, HRIS), Outlook, and Excel
