Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and creative  Digital Marketing & Design Specialist to join our team. This role blends marketing strategy, graphic design, and web development to support our brand’s growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of turning ideas into visually compelling campaigns and functional web experiences.

This position starts part-time, giving you time to learn our systems and approach, with the potential to transition to full-time for candidates who take initiative and consistently deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Content Design

• Design and manage weekly email newsletters using tools like Mailchimp
• Create engaging social media content (posts, photos, graphics)
• Edit photos and create simple graphics, logos, and visual assets for campaigns
• Ensure all marketing aligns with our upscale, service-focused brand voice
• Develop creative marketing concepts to attract new customers and grow brand awareness

Web & Digital Presence

• Build and maintain landing pages and website updates (copy, promotions, photos)
• Optimize website content for SEO and user experience
• Keep Google Business Profile and other online listings accurate and up-to-date
• Assist with light paid ads, SEO research, or other digital campaigns

Customer & Community Engagement

• Track customer memberships and engagement metrics
• Support customer outreach campaigns, promotions, and satisfaction initiatives
• Execute local marketing efforts (mailers, flyers, neighborhood outreach)

Reporting & Analytics

• Monitor performance of emails, social posts, and campaigns
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach

Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in marketing, digital content creation, or graphic/web design
• Proficient with Canva, Mailchimp, and basic web editing tools
• Strong visual communication, writing, and design skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with video creation/editing for marketing purposes
• Familiarity with SEO, paid digital advertising, or CRM tools
• Prior experience in home services, contractor, or local business marketing
