Job Title: Medical Records Clerk
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
Assignment Duration: 3+ Months
Location:  Racine, WI 53405

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support at the front desk, including greeting visitors and answering inquiries.
• Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients, staff, and external parties.
• Follow established procedures for the release of information (ROI).
• Communicate the status of medical records to requesters.
• Send medical records to appropriate parties in compliance with privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical record handling is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
